Internship Policy

We are providing an environment to you, to feel how a corporate works by our internship program. I am hereby to declare that we have a internship policy on which we are working as follows:

1. The internship is free of cost.
2. Internship letter, internship certificate, letter of recommendation will be provided to you on completion of the internship tenure: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months.
3. Only working days were counted for internship tenure.
4. The first month of the internship is training period in that period, there is no any stipend will be issued as this is training period. Stipend will be issued on rest months after training tenure.
5. The stipend of the internship will be transferred to you on your UPI or directly to your bank account.
6. After the 1 month of training tenure, we will do shortlisting of the candidates we have on their performance, working habit, Professionalism, Learning skills.
7. The internship stipend is limited but earnings are not limited here, if you do good you get paid good more.
8. In case you work on live projects a reward or incentives will be given to you as per your performance.
9. Any unusual activity cannot be accepted. If anyone did that type of activity a strict action will be taken.
10. We are proving the opportunity to get job here at 5G Infotech after the completion of the internship tenure.
11.  Best performing candidates have a chance to get placed in our upcoming Dubai & USA office project.
12. Our certificates & letters are All India Valid, you can use them in any institute, college, company for any official purpose.
13.  Best candidates have a chance to win the brand new MacBook.
14.  Best performing candidates will get a job here at 5G Infotech and also a residence to stay if they are too away from the office.
15. The all assets to work will be provided by company like Web server, domains, backup service etc.
16.  In case of in-house intern, the internet facility, laptop (if applicable) will be provided by company.
17.  Its not allowed to leave internship after joining before atleast 1 month.
18.  To get certified minimum requirement is to complete 1 month on internship at least.
19.  In case of any harassment with any intern (girl/boy), a strict action will be taken.
20.  Here at 5G Infotech, we provide flexibility to work it means you can work anytime when you are available, from anywhere and as you wish.
21. In case you are assigned to a live project, you have to complete it before the deadline.
22.  The bad performing candidates will get a notice from company and will be suspended from the internship.
